The ingredients are as you would use if making your own jams. Traditional methods are used to refine the raw honey to maintain the natural nutrients - such as low temperatures and gravity filtering (these processes take longer but produce a far superior end result).

many jars these days. In our opinion the flavours and quality are equal to similar products costing twice this price - making them very reasonable indeed.
Baking Requisites...
If you are a home baker you'll know that good quality ingredients more regularly produce good quality results - making all that the effort worthwhile! We use the ingredients in our shop to bake for our shop so quality and consistency are very important. We love the fact that our Lurgashall Mill wholemeal flour is stoneground at the old refurbished water powered flour mill at Weald & Downland Open Air Museum just north of Chichester - so giving the finished product some real provenance!
Stuffed Italian Castellino Olives...
This is another recent addition to our range and proving very popular indeed. These green olives are ripe large and juicy with no hint of the bitterness often found in green olives. And they are stuffed with quality ingredients too. We have priced them all the same so you can have a tub of mixed olives and sun-dried tomatoes if you wish.

We discovered this range having searched for top quality interesting products at a reasonable price. The Hawkshead Relish Company is a small family run business based in the beautiful English Lake District, Mark and Maria started making Relishes, Chutneys and Preserves to serve alongside the dishes in their busy village centre cafe.
